Coaching
The
EWLC offers career counseling and coaching services under the DOE Career Transition Assistance Program (CTAP).
Certified and experienced career counselors assist employees whose positions are at-risk due to
organization changes. Counseling and coaching is done in a confidential one-on-one setting and/or
productive group working sessions. Employees can engage in self-assessment, career planning, job-search skill
development, and enhancing change management skills. Counseling is by appointment only.
