Confidentiality
Policy
All contacts and consultations are completely confidential,
except in situations of child or elder abuse, harm to self or others as required
by law. Confidentiality guidelines are found in the Privacy
Act (5 U.S.C. 552a(b)) as well as the Alcohol and Drug Patient
Confidentiality Regulation provisions contained in 42 CFR
