Forms
The Department of Energy is continually
moving forward further into the digital age. We utilize fewer and fewer of the
traditional forms associated with employment, making benefits changes and elections, and
even in applying for vacancies. However, there may be circumstances from time to time that
still require you to complete a hard copy form and submit it to the appropriate office.
The Employee
Self Service (ESS) System enables employees to conduct
much of their personal business online from almost any computer
with internet access. The ESS
Brochure outlines the types of
transactions that are available. Generally, if you can
complete the transaction in ESS, then a hard copy form
version will not be accepted by the responsible office.
