Employment Applications
An up-to-date, professional-looking resume has always been a 'must-have' for all Federal employees. In the past it was the SF-171 that drove everyone to the typewriter or computer. Today, employees need a Federal resume that looks good on paper -- and another version that is easy to send electronically or post online at USAJobs and other online employment sites.

The EWLC has excellent reference materials to guide you as write a resume for the public and/or private sectors. We have examples of KSAs as well.

As part of the Career Transition Assistance Program (CTAP), the EWLC will assist employees with the development and posting of job applications and resumes.
