Employees,
teams, and organizations may engage in assessment activities
in the areas of career exploration, team building, conflict
management, working relationships, leadership & coaching,
employee selection, employee retention, and culture and diversity.
The assessments may be done in a guided or autonomous manner.
The EWLC has the popular MBTI available to employees and
workgroups. In addition, we also have the FIRO-B, Thomas-Kilmann,
WorkLife Values, Career Factors Inventory, Skills/Interest Inventory,
